A STORY OF JOYFUL CONNECTIONS
For years, people have been suggesting for me to create a Christmas Scent. While this has always been in my consciousness, I felt like I needed to wait for the right time and inspiration to finally create one.
The story of this collaboration is indeed a story of joyful connections. Last MaArte at the Pen 2024, we became neighbors with Alessa San Juan and Alriver- the company behind the beautiful belens, angels and ornaments cherished in many Filipino homes. During the 4-day fair, friendships were forged and paved the way for this special partnership.
Inspired by the Filipino Belen, Sinta leads us back to the night of the first Christmas where the world was basking in simplicity yet bestowed with the greatest gift humanity has ever received.
It features fresh notes of rosemary and green tea, given depth with rose and grounded by calming notes of vetiver and vanilla. Unique to this fragrance are notes of hay to hopefully take us back to the manger where the work of Christmas truly begins.
Alessa noted that it is the first time they are releasing a Filipino-inspired Belen. Indeed, the time was right for us to release our first Christmas fragrance too.
It is our hope that through this set, we will always be reminded of the true meaning and reason for our celebrations. And may we always be wrapped in the warmth and sweetness of God’s loving embrace.
